I really loved the book. The writing style is so fluid and captivating, and I thought the author did a great job outlining the management maladies. I learned that there were several issues that I had with my management style that I did not even know I had. Highly recommended for anyone in management who is trying to get to the next level of performance, leadership, and efficiency.
